Join a Family

Our spring groups are here and our leaders are excited to hear from you!

Day & Time TBD by Group

Are there subjects in the Bible you do not understand, or would like a clearer understanding of? Would you prefer an open discussion of these subjects over a lecture? Is it difficult for you to prepare dinner and then attend a training session at the Church?

If these apply to you (and your family), this is the perfect home group for you to join. Meetings will be at my house in the Valley. A light dinner will be served. Generally consisting of homemade soup and bread. Subjects will be selected by our group and discussed the following week. Information will be given on each subject providing a historical perspective, theological debates, and where the Juneau Christian Center stands on the subject (if appropriate). Each member of our group will be encouraged to participate in the discussion.

Meetings will be kept to an hour and a half and the group size will be limited. There will be no cost to participants. The intent of this group is to develop a strong relationship with each other and grow in our faith.

Possible Subjects: Communion, Early Church Structure, Baptism, Speaking in Tongues, Angels, Burial or Cremation, Healing Works, Tithes, Heaven, Forgiving, Salvation, Once saved always saved?, Why so many Bible Translations?, Which Bible is Best?, Prayer, Hearing from God, Miracles.
